69th NJAS Annual Meeting Registration

Registration

  • If you would to recruit stellar STEM candidates
    - this is the right place for you!. Academic
    institutions can showcase their research, new
    academic programs offered, or recruit interns
    for your projects, $50 for a table and Logo
    showcase in the NJAS website.
  • Anyone attending meeting but not presenting or part of the vendor show.
  • All students presenting their research (Junior or Senior Academy) must pay to register as follows: NJAS membership dues, conference fee and lunch ($40).
  • This choice is for students whose school is sending a group payment for conference registration via PO, mail or etc. ONLY - All other students must choose the other icon.

    If your school payment is not received by April 18, 2024, You will not be permitted to participate in the 69th NJAS annual meeting activities.
  • This choice is for senior Academy - Undergraduate, Graduate and Faculty presentations
  • If you would to recruit stellar STEM candidates
    and inform about state and federal programs
    for STEM organizations and individuals, please
    join us. $50 for a table and Logo showcase in
    the NJAS website.
  • If you offer a product that would benefit
    research in areas of STEM, then you need to be
    here! $100 for a table and Logo showcase in
    the NJAS website, a chance to reach the NJ
    STEM leaders of today & tomorrow

 69th NJ Academy of Science Annual Meeting

The meeting will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 8:30 am to 5:00pm at Kean University -  STEM Building - 1075 Morris Ave., Union, NJ.  07083

Description for initial student registration:
The 69TH New Jersey Academy of Science (NJAS) Annual Meeting will be in-person for 2024.    Registration deadline isFebruary 23, 2024.  The conference will be held on April 20th, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM at Kean University STEM Building, 1075 Morris Ave., Union, NJ.  Independent research projects as well as team projects,  of no more than 3 members, are eligible.  All participating students must pay to register as follows: NJAS membership dues,  conference fee and lunch ($40). Students will present to STEM professionals from industry and academia.

Presentation format is as follows:  Tri-fold Poster if Junior Academy and 15-minute PPT presentation if Senior Academy.   The day will culminate in an awards ceremony honoring student research.  For questions regarding abstract submission write to njacademyofscience@gmail.com 

Once again this  year aside from junior and senior academy presentations, we will also be hosting sessions simultaneously to address various scientific interests, for example there will be a Vendor show as well as Professional development seminars.  

This event is a collegial meeting of the New Jersey STEM community including scientists, science faculty members, students and other community members from across the state. We hope you will find this meeting an opportunity to share your research, discover new possibilities and interact with fellow attendees.

Please follow the following deadlines:

  • Student Presenters registration deadline is  February 23,  2024. Once you are register you will received a link to submit your abstract (Due March 1, 2024).  
  • Non-presenting student should register as general admissions.
  • Vendor Show registrants please submit registration by  April 15, 2024
  • General Admission guests - please submit registration by April 15, 2024
